Homeless Better Future is a long-term pilot program initiated by Serving Loving Applicants Ministry in Ontario. The program aims to empower dedicated homeless individuals to develop and become financially independent. The program will provide 120 committed homeless with affordable shelters, professional skills training, mentorship, internship, or volunteer programs to get a decent job.

Properties Purchase:
Serving Love Applications Ministry collaborates with real estate agencies to get safe and affordable properties. A specific team oversees the property search, does all the negotiations, and close the purchase transactions.

The properties should have six rooms >
The properties should cost from $500,000 to $900,000.
Properties Management:
Our properties are managed by Kingdom Management Group (KMG), one of our organization’s partners. They are tasked with advertising and preparing vacant units, screening and approving tenants, and property design. In addition, KMG enforces a lease agreement, handles tenant complaints and issues, and carries out maintenance and repairs.
