Besides providing a homely environment to the homeless, the Serving Love Applications Ministry offers life-changing care with unlimited love and respect to every individual. We meet their immediate needs as we work hand in hand to realize their future goals. We offer better housing and mental/physical well-being support, life skills training, and mentorship programs to help the homeless become better people in society and lead independent lives.

Provide cost effective shelter to the homeless
A conducive homely environment is essential for every person's stable mental and physical well-being. A safe home protects individuals from external hazards and vulnerabilities such as scorching sun and cold that can adversely affect their bodies.
By providing a shelter for the homeless community, we provide a haven for them to be empowered smoothly and become productive members of society once they transition out of our homes.
Provide the Homeless With Theoretical and Practical Professional Skills in their Desired Fields
This function will provission to rent a food truck to feed Durham Residents Christmas Dinner.
We also will be collecting Tim's and Grocery Certificates up to $10.00 per certificate (Feel free to donate more than one)

Mentorship Program
Most homeless individuals have low self-confidence and esteem, which can adversely affect their lives. At Serving Love Applications, we engage with professional and experienced mentors to help gain the required coping mechanisms to boost their self-esteem, self-worth, self-care, and self-love. Every homeless individual has unique needs; therefore, we have customized programs to address them and motivate them to become better people in the community.
Internship and Job Placement Assistance to Become Self-sufficient
It can be challenging for individuals to enjoy a decent and self-dependent lifestyle without a stable source of income. Besides, lack of physical, mental, and social stability due to homeless vulnerabilities prevents them from getting quality sleep and enjoying a nutritious meals and decent clothing.
At Serving Love Applications, we understand employment's significance in ending the homeless struggles. We work with organizations committed to assisting our program mentees in getting practical experiences by exposing them to the job marketplace through social media platforms and job fair programs. Moreover, the participants receive a continuous follow-up of a minimum of six months once they get employed.
Thus, we are fully committed to offering them the appropriate protection, life skills, and mentorship to help them get a stable job, earn a decent income and enjoy independent lives beyond homelessness.
